Lund Motors Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

All online purchases are made subject to the following return and cancellation policy.  By continuing with and completing the purchase you agree to the following policy.

 

Cancellation

 

A purchase can be cancelled at any time prior to the product purchased being shipped to the customer.  Once the product has been shipped, customers are unable to cancel the order.  If the customer elects to return the purchase they must do so under the Return Policy below.

 

Returns

 

Any and all purchases may be returned to Lund Motors LLC under the following criteria.

 

•        Returns made within 30 days of the purchase date may be returned for a full refund if the item(s) purchased are unopened and in factory condition.

•        Items returned within 30 days of the purchase date that are opened or the item(s) are not in factory condition may be returned and receive 90% of the original purchase price of the item being returned.  The 10% of the original purchase price kept by Lund Motors LLC is kept as a restocking fee.

•         Returns for purchases beyond 30 days of the original purchase date are not accepted by Lund Motors LCC.
